Sorry if this has already been discussed, I've had a look through and cant find my answer. I used to love when the bus/trucks came and you could fulfil multiple orders for about 10 days. They often came around holidays. I recently started playing the game again and haven't seen one for along time. Have they been removed?

Hey guys! So now I'm at the 4th room in the quest but there is task that "find cookies" but I can't seem to be finding the door or any entrance to the room. There's a room with on the right side as you can see but there's no way to enter the middle room.. can someone help me pls 🥺
