Orders are one of the key features of the game. This is mostly how you earn coins and spices.

Café Orders

All customers who come to your café will ask for one to three recipes: a drink, a cold dessert (ice cream, frozen yogurt or milkshake) and a cake (cake, pastry,...).

You can fill these orders out yourself or let your staff handle them. This will not change the amount of money you earn, which is based on the item price and your tip percentage (as notified by Fernando). Item prices increase as you level up and can be boosted by certain staff members. Tips depend on the value of your interior decor and the stylish equipment you own.

Customers can ask for any recipes available at your level. If you are unable to fulfill an order entirely, the customer will leave but come back shortly after.

The time customers need to finish eating/drinking increases as you level up (from 2 minutes? to 1 hour). Once a customer leaves, they come back shortly after with a new order.

Special Orders

Special orders become available at level 3 when you unlock the Spice Box. Random café customers ask for special recipes with one or more spices. If you fulfill the four orders a customer requests, they will give you a Simple Gift or a Lottery Ticket as an extra reward. Special recipes also usually award you more coins than usual recipes.

Special Orders - Chances

The 4 orders a customer asks for generally require more and more expensive spices: from White (Anise and Rose Petals) to Pink (Nutmeg and Star Anise) to Blue (Ginseng and Galanga) to Yellow (Cardamom, Guarana, Tapioca and Saffron). However, this is not always true.

VIP players can ask customers to request different recipes a certain number of times. There is no guarantee that they will change it to something with different spices, though.

  • Tip: you can store the Spice Box and still use it to fulfill these orders.

Telephone Orders

Telephone orders become available at level 6 when you unlock the phone.

Once you have purchased the phone you get the option of accepting 3 orders every 12 hours from the customers living in the town. Telephone orders ask for 3 different recipes and award you coins and one or more spices for each completed order. You can refresh orders earlier by spending diamonds (10 diamonds for the first refresh, 50 diamonds for the second one).

You can reject an order at no cost once you have accepted it.

You can fill these orders out yourself or assign one or more staff members to the task. Assigning staff does not prevent you from helping along. You can also de-assign staff at any time.

Township Orders

Township Orders become available at level 7 when you are able to join a township.

Once you are a member of a township you get the option of accepting 3 orders a day from the customers living in the township. These will get added to your telephone orders when you tap them in the township area. They work the same as ordinary orders but often ask for bigger quantities, more complex recipes or special recipes. You can also assign staff to the task. Remember, though, that staff cannot make special recipes.

Township orders award you rubies and spices.

Like ordinary telephone orders you can reject them at no cost once you have accepted them. You need to either fill out or reject an order for a new one to appear 24 hours later.

Event Orders

Event Orders become available at level 7 when you are able to participate in events.

During events, a special customer comes to the coffee in some kind of vehicle (car, van,...) and offers you a deal: help them fill out some delivery orders and they will give you a share of the money and some spices in return.

Delivery orders during events are very much like telephone orders but come every 2 hours, demand much larger quantities and can ask for special recipes. They award you coins and one or more spices for each completed order. You can refresh orders earlier by spending diamonds (10 diamonds for the first refresh, 50 diamonds for the 2nd one, 100 diamonds for the 3rd one, etc.). You can fill these orders out yourself or assign one or more staff members to the task.

Unlike telephone orders you only fill out one order at a time and cannot reject or delete it.

Filling out orders moves along the story associated with the event, and gives you rewards (gifts and diamonds) once you have reached certain thresholds. The story ends at 27 orders but you need to fill 30 orders to get the ultimate reward: a Gold Gift. You can keep filling orders after that but you will no longer get threshold rewards.
